Matt Werner has been AALC’s Medicaid consultant since 2014. He has helped us on improving reimbursement and the challenges of the LC application backlog. He worked for HFS for 13 years and became an independent consultant in 2007. In addition to AALC, Matt has worked with hospitals, nursing homes, ambulances, community mental health providers and others to navigate and improve Illinois Medicaid program.
