2024 Photo & Testimonial Contest

About AALC’s 2024 Photo & Testimonial Contest


Each year, we look forward to the launch of our Photo & Testimonial contest. We receive hundreds of photos capturing the true essence of what Supportive Living (SL) is all about. This year's entries should demonstrate how Supportive Living Inspires More in the lives of our seniors and individuals with disabilities.

We are looking for entries that showcase all the things Supportive Living communities do to ensure our seniors and individuals with disabilities have the support they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives.

So get your camera out and your pencil ready! It’s time to start capturing life in your community and then share the results with the rest of the SL family during the 2024 “Inspire More” Photo and Testimonial contest!

Prizes!

Winning entries from both the photo and testimonial contests will receive cash donations to sponsor resident or employee activities at the Supportive Living communities they represent!

1st Place: $200 cash donation
2nd Place: $100 cash donation
3rd Place: $50 cash donation

2024 Contest Rules

Photo Contest Overview

Your photo entries should capture the spirit of Supportive Living and how your residents are thriving and inspiring more!

Photo ideas might include:

  • Residents visiting and sharing a laugh with friends.
  • Photos capturing touching moments.
  • Residents taking part in an arts and crafts and outdoor activities.
  • Photos of the residents as they exercise, cook and create!

 Submit photos by November 29, 2024.

 HOW TO ENTER:

Email photos to: info@me-comm.com

Limit of 4 photos per email! Please do not embed photos into PDFs or Word documents!

Contact Person:
Phone #:

Each photo submitted should have a description and the name of the individual(s) in the photo.

Sample:
Photo 1: Easter Crafts
Description: Sam and Julie Smith (residents) enjoy decorating Easter eggs

Deadline for entries is November 29, 2024

Testimonial Contest Overview

Each testimonial entry should describe how Supportive Living has created a place where your residents have friends, feel safe, enjoy a healthier lifestyle and inspire more!

 For instance, a testimonial could mention:

  • How community activities have encouraged the resident to start focusing on being physically active.
  • How a resident found a network of friends who have greatly improved their sense of wellbeing.
  • How a resident has become involved in new activities introduced through the SL community.
  • How family is at ease knowing the resident is surrounded by friends and necessary support system.

 Each entry will be limited to 100 words or less.

 Submit testimonials by November 29, 2024
