Kelsey has been with the Bureau of Long Term Care for almost 7 years. Since 2022, Kelsey has been the Manager of Policy and Rules for the Department of Healthcare and Family Services in the Bureau of Long-Term Care and oversees the Supportive Living Program. Previous to this position, she was the Regional Supervisor for the Supportive Living Program for the Lincoln Region from 2019-2022. She has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for 16 years, working in a variety of different healthcare settings. Kelsey and her husband, Brandon (but more importantly, her dog, Elmo), reside in the Peoria, IL area. She enjoys attending sporting events, watching sports, thrifting, garage-saling, and attempting to be crafty in her free time.
