Chris Blanda

Chris is a Senior Managing Director with VIUM Capital responsible for business relationships in the Midwest and Southeast.

‍Prior to joining VIUM Capital, Chris spent 10+ years at Lancaster Pollard, eventually originating and structuring a wide variety of capital solutions for seniors housing and long-term care sponsors, owners and operators based in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Missouri. Chris was consistently in the top tier of production and takes pride in structuring creative and effective solutions for his client’s capital needs. He has successfully closed more than $2 billion in transactions in the seniors housing and long-term care sectors over the course of his career.

He and his wife, Sarah, are active supporters of the Center for Balanced Living (2017-Present), among other organizations in Columbus, Ohio.

Chris has a degree in finance from The University of Dayton and an MBA with a concentration in corporate finance from The Ohio State University.
